I was trying to ‘Save for Web…’ a 6.8MB JPEG with a handful of adjustment layers over the top, using the 4-up preview mode.
In fairness, the image in question is 14399×9625 pixels…
What kind of image was it: super-HD porn or something?
Or was it just an excessive-resolution business card?
Neither, in fact: it was a high resolution scan of a 30–year old slide that my mum found, depicting my aunt in her school uniform, waiting for the school bus.
I’m trying to get it into a print–worthy state for my mum to give as part of a birthday present to my aunt.
